The TTC is looking for PRESTO card customers who use a monthly pass or pay their fare from the balance on their card to participate in a diary study. The data will be used to help the team understand the travel patterns of PRESTO customers for transit planning and budgeting purposes.

The diary study, which is being conducted by a third-party research company, will run each week from January 5 until May 2, 2020. Participants will be required to commit to recording and submitting their PRESTO usage and travel patterns via their unique online diary access code for one week during this period. Every diary week begins on a Sunday.

All information provided will remain strictly confidential. Participants will have an opportunity to enter a draw to win a PRESTO card pre-loaded with a monthly pass.
