[AD] The sweetest way to spend Mother’s Day weekend? With my two favourite little humans, of course! The boys always spoil me with handmade goodies, and this year, we spent time together baking the most decadent Dark Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake, using the world’s leading premium, organic and Fair-Trade chocolate: Green & Black’s! @greenandblacks comes in a variety of flavours, and I couldn’t resist a baking session with my boys to celebrate togetherness! We used 70% Dark Chocolate in this simple recipe; read on for a very special giveaway for my Canadian followers! . Dark Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake . 1-1/2 cups chocolate baking crumbs 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream 2 bars Green & Black’s 70% Dark Chocolate, melted . Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the base and grease the sides of a springform pan. Combine the baking crumbs and melted butter; press the mixture into the base of the pan. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Add the sour cream and mix well. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baking crumb base and then pour the melted Green & Black’s 70% Dark Chocolate on top, creating waves in a swirling pattern.
