Skills Ontario has begun a Halloween-themed promotion called the “Skills At Home Spooktacular.” The initiative consists of a series of free online activities for youth who will be remaining home on Halloween due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It also includes three contests and a live pastry arts workshop. The contests invite participants to design costumes, carve pumpkins and build rollercoaster candy dispensers. Winners in various categories will receive $25 Amazon electronic gift cards.

The promotion will take place at < http://www.skillsontario.com/spooktacular > until Oct. 31. Skills Ontario works to provide young residents of the province with information about careers in the skilled trades.
